Ashika Bishun

Ashika’s experience in psychometry is extensive, with approximately 14 years of experience varying between corporate and private consulting work. “My passion is people; I thoroughly enjoy working with various individuals. I believe that psychological assessments which are used ethically provide an invaluable tool to assist both companies and their employees. Employees find out more about themselves and employers can find the right match for their teams.

In addition, I believe that assessments can assist with building stronger teams if people understand each other better. Most of our time is spent in the work environment and I am strongly of the opinion that people need to be content and happy in their place of work, despite the general stresses that they face daily.

“Love what you do” is a saying that resonates with me. If people enjoy what they do and where they work, they will put in more than expected thus improving productivity and business performance. However, the employer needs to understand their employees and the employees must feel respected and valued.
